SHIPPING

Standard shipping for all domestic orders: $7.00 

Express shipping for all domestic orders: $15.00

Please allow 2 business days for dispatch and 3-7 business days for deliveries on all standard shipping orders.

You will be informed of the delivery options/cost as you complete the checkout process and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please be aware that the delivery times are estimates only and GMS Silver cannot be held accountable for late deliveries . Please provide GMS with the correct delivery information as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our jewellery should be handled carefully as wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. All GMS designs are quality checked and wear tested before being available for sale.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund online purchases, yet unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging may be exchanged within 14 days of the initial order. 

Please contact us via email - info@gmssilver.com - before any returns or exchanges are sent back to us to obtain a RA number. Please do not send any parcels before confirming these details.

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us via email of the style/size/colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will need to be returned on the recipient’s behalf before a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Additional shipping fees will apply. 

Please note: Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please note: Hand stamped items are all made to order and any exchanges will incur a $10 exchange fee.

If a refund is taking place for some reason please allow 14 working days for the refunded amount to be processed and returned to your account.

GMS Silver cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during the return process so please ensure all items being returned are thoroughly and securely packaged and clearly addressed with all relevant order details. 

Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will be at risk, so please take care when posting. 

As GMS Silver is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it to us using registered/tracked mail.
